The Challenge
Physical venues (Malls, Airports, Cities) lack the 'Google Analytics' style metrics of the online world. They don't know which zones are busiest, how long people wait in queues, or the conversion rate of passersby to visitors.
Solution Engineering
A Location Analytics engine that ingests 'Probe Requests' (signals phones send searching for WiFi) and connected client data. The engine applies algorithms to randomize MAC addresses (privacy) and then computes x,y coordinates to generate heatmaps, flow charts, and dwell time histograms.
